Welcome to the Hainan Tin Hou Kong member portal. This short guide shows you how to get started and what you can do here.欢迎使用琼州天后宫会员门户。本指南帮助您快速上手并了解各项功能。
1Getting started 开始使用
Sign in or create an account 登录或注册账户
Tap Sign in (top right). New here? Create an account with your email — it only takes a minute.点击右上角「Sign in / 登录」。初次使用？用您的邮箱注册即可，仅需一分钟。
Apply for membership 申请入会
After signing in, open Applyand fill in the form. The committee reviews it, and you'll get an email when you're approved.登录后打开「申请入会」并填写表格。理事会审核通过后，您会收到邮件通知。
While you wait 审核期间
Pending members can still browse public pages (events, news). Member-only areas unlock once you're approved.待审核会员仍可浏览公开页面（活动、公告）。通过后即可使用会员专属功能。

Home 首页
Your starting point — latest news, the next event, and quick links.
起始页——最新公告、下一场活动与快捷入口。
Events 活动
Browse upcoming events and tap Sign up to RSVP (you can add guests).
浏览即将举行的活动，点击「报名」即可参加（可添加同行人数）。
Worship 祭祖
View the ancestral worship schedule — dates, times and locations.
查看祭祖安排——日期、时间与地点。
Contribute 捐款
Scan the PayNow QR, then log your donation. A treasurer verifies it and emails a receipt.
扫描 PayNow 二维码后记录您的捐款，财政核实后将以邮件发送收据。
Messages 留言
Message a fellow member or a group. Mute a chat, or reply privately in a group.
与会员或群组交流。可将对话静音，或在群内私下回复。
Directory 名册
Find fellow members. Contact details stay private unless shared.
查找其他会员。联系方式默认保密。
Book 预订
Request to book a hall or facility for a date and time slot.
申请预订会所场地的日期与时段。
Knowledge 知识
Read articles about the association and Hainanese heritage.
阅读有关本会与海南文化的文章。
Profile 我的
Your digital membership card, edit your details, and manage notifications & data.
数字会员卡、编辑个人资料、管理通知与数据。
Use the bar at the bottom of the screen to move between these sections.使用屏幕底部的导航栏在各功能间切换。
3Notifications 通知
The bell at the top shows announcements. For messages, the portal can also email you when you have unread messages.顶部的 🔔 铃铛显示公告。有未读消息时，门户也会以邮件提醒您。
To quieten things: open a chat and tap to mute it, or turn off all message emails under Profile → Message email nudges.如需安静：进入对话点击 🔔 将其「静音」，或在「我的 → 消息邮件提醒」中关闭全部邮件提醒。
4Privacy & your data 隐私与数据
Your personal details are private to the association. From Profile you can export a copy of your data, or delete your account at any time.您的个人资料仅限本会使用。在「我的」中，您可随时「导出」数据副本或「删除」账户。
