The Hainan THK Singapore (the “Association”) respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how to exercise your rights.新加坡琼州天后宫（「本会」）尊重您的隐私，并遵守新加坡《2012年个人资料保护法令》（PDPA）。本声明说明我们收集哪些个人资料、收集目的，以及您如何行使相关权利。
Personal data we collect我们收集的个人资料
- Your name, Chinese name, and Singapore phone number.您的姓名、中文姓名及新加坡电话号码。
- Ancestral-origin information you choose to provide — ancestral district in Hainan, father's name, ancestral village.您自愿提供的祖籍资料——海南祖籍地区、父亲姓名、祖籍村庄。
- Your verified email address, provided through our identity partner (Clerk).经我们的身份认证伙伴（Clerk）验证的电邮地址。
- Event signups, member-portal activity, and the audit trail of decisions made about your application.活动报名、会员平台的使用记录，以及有关您申请的决定审计记录。
Purposes使用目的
- Membership administration (review of applications, member ID issuance).会员管理（审核申请、签发会员编号）。
- Notifying you about association events and announcements.通知您有关会馆的活动与公告。
- Maintaining the membership records of the association.维护会馆的会员记录。
- Audit and dispute resolution related to membership decisions.与会员决定相关的审计与争议处理。
Retention and disclosure 资料保留与披露
Member records are retained for the life of the Association. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing. Anonymous, aggregated statistics (member counts by ancestral district) may be displayed publicly on this site.会员记录将在本会存续期间予以保留。我们不会为营销目的出售、共享或转移您的资料予第三方。匿名的汇总统计（按祖籍地区的会员人数）可能公开显示于本网站。
Your rights 您的权利
- Export your data as a JSON file.以 JSON 文件形式导出您的资料。
- Delete your account and anonymize your record.删除账户并匿名化您的记录。
- Correct your data by requesting an update via the Data Protection Officer (below). Members can also reapply with corrected information if their application status is “Information Requested.”如需更正资料，可透过下方的资料保护主任提出。若申请状态为「需补充资料」，会员亦可更正后重新提交。
